Before the Intramurals, a sports clinic was conducted by Mr. Glicerio Gaspar and Mrs. Salvacion Mores both for college and high school students to discuss the rules and regulations to be observed in playing the games as well as the value of sportsmanship's.
It was emphasized that the attitude of the students during the actual play is important, and the wearing of proper athletes uniforms for safety and identification of teams and students during the games.
Basic first aid training was facilitated by the school nurse for the medics during the whole intramural events. Medics were trained properly on how to assess patients in need, how to provide basic care, wound dressing and proper care and the bandaging process for bone fractures and dislocations. 40 high school students were trained and deployed for all outdoor and indoor games.
Outdoor events included basketball, sepak, and volleyball and cheer dancing competition. Indoor events were scrabble and chess. Was the Search for Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2015.
It was a weeklong event that provided a venue to develop camaraderie and sportsmanship among students and staffs.
